The contact is the electrical contact part of the 5-pin relay to complete the switching load. The contacts of some products are press-fitted by riveting. The main drawback is that the contacts are loose, the contacts are cracked or the size and position deviation is too large. This will affect the contact reliability of the relay. The loosening of the removal point is caused by the unreasonable size of the matching part of the reed and the contact or the improper adjustment of the riveting pressure by the operator.
The parts of the electromagnetic relay are matched by riveting, and the main problem is that the riveting is loose or the bonding strength is poor. This kind of fault will make the parameters of the relay not disordered, the parameters change greatly under high and low temperature, and the resistance to mechanical vibration and impact is poor.
After riveting, the parts are bent, skewed, and the pier is thick and black, which will cause difficulties in the assembly or adjustment of the next process, and even cause scrap. The main reasons for this problem are that the riveted parts are too long, too short or the force is uneven when riveting, the assembly deviation of the mold or the wrong design size, and the improper placement of the parts.
Glass insulators are made of metal pins and glass sintered. During inspection, assembly, adjustment, transportation, and cleaning, the pins are easily bent, and the glass insulators fall off and crack, resulting in air leakage and reduced insulation and withstand voltage performance. The rolling of the pins will also cause the contact reeds to shift, which will affect the reliable on-off of the product.
There are many types of coils used in 5-pin relays, with or without outsourcing. The coils should be placed in separate pieces in special appliances. If they are collided and connected, it will cause disconnection when they are separated.
