The main drawbacks are loose contacts, cracked contacts or excessive size and position deviation. This will affect the contact reliability of the relay. The loosening of the removal point is caused by the unreasonable size of the matching part of the reed and the contact or the improper adjustment of the riveting pressure by the operator. Contact cracking is caused by the material being too hard or the pressure is too high. For the process of using different materials for contacts of different materials, some contact materials with higher hardness should be annealed, and contact manufacturing, riveting or spot welding should be performed. The contact manufacturing should be careful, because there are tolerances in the material, so the length of each cut-off should be determined after trial. Contact manufacturing should not appear to have flying edges, pad damage and lack of plumpness. The contact riveting deviation is caused by the operator's inaccuracy of the touch tool and the dislocation of the upper and lower touch. Contact damage and contamination are caused by oil contamination and iron filings on the touch tool that are not cleaned up. No matter what kind of ills it is, it will affect the reliability of the relay. Therefore, in the process of contact manufacturing, riveting or electric welding, it is necessary to comply with the self-inspection regulations of the first article inspection intermediate sampling and final inspection to improve the assembly quality.

2. The relay parameters are not messy
The parts of the electromagnetic relay are matched by riveting, and the main problem is that the riveting is loose or the bonding strength is poor. This kind of fault will make the parameters of the relay not disordered, the parameters change greatly under high and low temperature, and the resistance to mechanical vibration and impact is poor. The main reasons for this failure are the out-of-tolerance riveted parts, improper placement of parts, inconsistent quality of tools or improper installation. Therefore, before riveting and welding, it is necessary to carefully check whether the tool and the riveted parts meet the requirements.
