1. Regarding the 10a relay of the hard terminal, it is not allowed to be bent during installation to prevent the glass insulator from breaking and causing air leakage. If the socket device is used, the socket should be selected strictly according to the regular plug-in force request to prevent it from being too tight or too loose, and to ensure that the socket is clean to avoid poor contact.

2. If the 10a relay is directly welded to the printed board and used, the hole spacing of the printed board is required to meet the size requirements of the 10a relay lead wire. The hole diameter should not be too small. Make sure that the lead wire can be inserted smoothly and connected to the printed circuit board. Leave a proper gap on the board to avoid being over-tightened so that the roots are subject to tension.

3. Regarding the 10a relay of the soft terminal, if a pin bending device is requested, the root should be clamped 3mm~5mm away from the root with a tool, and then bend slowly to the required position, try to prevent reciprocating bending, and ensure that the root is not force.

4. When soldering, avoid excessively high temperature, and choose the soldering temperature according to the power. For ordinary medium and small power, the electric soldering iron should not exceed 60W, and the soldering time should not exceed 3 seconds. Because the welding temperature is too high, the coil and the terminal may be disconnected, which will affect the performance of the reed contact, and may also cause component cracking. Stop cleaning after soldering to avoid harmful substances of solder from damaging the root of the relay. Regarding non-sealed soldering, it is necessary to prevent the solder from flowing into the interior, which directly affects the contact reliability of the 10a relay.
