How relay 24v products work

The relay 24v products are composed of fixed iron core, moving iron core, spring, moving contact, static contact, coil, terminal block and shell. When the coil is energized, the moving iron core moves and closes under the action of electromagnetic force, which drives the moving contacts to move, so that the normally closed contacts are separated and the normally open contacts are closed; when the coil is de-energized, the moving iron core drives the moving contacts under the action of the spring. reset. The contacts are divided into two types: normally closed and long open, one common point.
The main function of the solid state relay is to achieve contactless connection and disconnection, that is, it does not have an arc when it is connected to an AC contactor. The single-phase solid state relay uses relay 24v products to control the connection and disconnection of single-phase contacts. The working principle is the same as that of the intermediate relay. When 24v is energized, the contacts are closed. The DC is the control coil and the AC output controls the load.
