Main parameters and technical requirements of relays

1. Mechanical physical parameter requirements:
Guarantee the product installation size, weight, sealing, strength and solderability of the lead pins. Including: contact pressure, contact gap, contact tracking, return reed pressure, armature stroke, stop nail height and many other mechanical parameters.

2 Requirements for electrical parameters:
Ensure that the relay works reliably and normally under the specified conditions of use, and accurately responds and transmits speed signals. Including: winding resistance, contact resistance, pull-in current (voltage), rated working current (voltage), release current (voltage), rated contact load, insulation resistance, electric strength and other electrical parameters.
3 Time parameter requirements:
In the control circuit, the requirements for the pull-in and release time of the relay are often put forward, as well as the requirements for time parameters such as armature conversion, contact jitter, and pulse distortion.
4 Environmental adaptability requirements:
According to the use environment of the relay, in order to ensure reliable operation, the environmental adaptability items are: temperature, humidity resistance, low air pressure resistance, vibration stability and vibration strength, impact stability and impact strength, constant acceleration.
