Brief introduction of 24vdc relay

24vdc relay is an electrically operated switch. It consists of a set of input terminals for a single or multiple control signals, and a set of operating contact terminals. The switch may have any number of contacts in multiple contact forms, such as make contacts, break contacts, or combinations thereof.

24vdc relays are used where it is necessary to control a circuit by an independent low-power signal, or where several circuits must be controlled by one signal.

As the name implies, the intermediate relay plays an intermediate transmission role, because the most used relay is in the form of control. The intermediate relay should play a role in control, so it will be used to control a lot of contacts, can control many loads or many circuits when the coil is powered on or off. The common intermediate relay is mostly 8-pin and 14 pin, and each pin has been defined in a popular way. The coil and base can be pulled off. Each port connected with screws on the base is silk printed, indicating that this is the number of pins of the intermediate relay.

The connection method of 24vdc relay coil is divided into positive and negative poles. The coil in 24vdc relay has positive and negative pole requirements, because two different wiring will cause the coil of relay to produce suction force in different directions. Remember that the armature of electromagnetic relay is on one side, the other side is dead (immovable), and the terminals of 2vdc relay coil are marked with positive and negative poles.
