Power relay is a type of electric valve; it uses the magnetic field generated by the electromagnetic coil to pull the valve core, thereby changing the on and off of the valve body, the coil is de-energized, and the valve core retreats by the pressure of the spring.

Simply put, the electric valve is to use an electric actuator to control the valve, so as to realize the opening and closing of the valve. It can be divided into upper and lower parts, the upper part is the electric actuator, and the lower part is the valve.

Electric valves are usually connected by electric actuators and valves, and become electric valves after installation and debugging. The electric valve uses electric energy as power to switch on the electric actuator to drive the valve to realize the on-off and regulating action of the valve. The driving device of the electric valve is a reversible electric motor, which drives the spool to control the valve through the rotation of the motor for a certain period of time. It is controlled by AI analog signal and can adjust the flow of the pipeline medium. It can also be switched to digital in a specific pipeline environment. Signal control.

The scope of application difference between electric valve and power relay:

Power relay has excellent anti-leakage performance, rapid opening and closing, low power, suitable for cutting off and shutting off some corrosive and toxic chemical pipelines.

Electric valves are mostly used for pipeline flow adjustment. They are normally installed at the outlet of air supply and refrigeration pipelines. They can also be used in liquid pipelines. They are widely used in pipelines such as canned pipelines for the production of beverages and sewage treatment pipelines.
