Both 24vdc relay and on-load voltage regulation refer to the voltage regulation method of the transformer tap changer. The difference is that the non-excitation voltage regulation switch does not have the ability to switch gears with load. Therefore, it is generally used for 24vdc relays that do not require very strict voltage requirements and do not need to be adjusted frequently. On the other hand, the on-load tap-changer can switch gears with load, because the on-load tap-changer does not have a short-term disconnection process in the process of gear adjustment. After a transition resistance transition, it can switch from one gear to another. Therefore, there is no arcing process in which the load current is disconnected. Generally used for 24vdc relay that has strict voltage requirements and frequent adjustments.
The 24v AC relay is composed of a magnetic circuit part and a contact part. The magnetic circuit part is composed of an iron core, an armature, a yoke, a short-circuit ring, a coil and a tension spring, etc. The characteristic is that an iron core is installed between the coil and the yoke. The upper side plate, and the side plate is in good contact with the iron core and yoke. Since the 24v AC relay adds a side plate made of pure copper on the basis of the original relay, the side plate can short-circuit the magnetic leakage in the electromagnetic system, reduce the eddy current loss, and greatly reduce the AC when the relay coil is overloaded. At the end, the interference of the relay to other electronic devices is reduced, and the contact reliability of the contacts is improved.
